The organization is a hospital, or affiliated with a hospital or a health insurance organization.
The organization is a private grant-making, independent foundation.
The organization discriminates against anyone on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, political affiliation or beliefs, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression.
